Shipping, Return & Exchange
Currently, we only offer shipping within the United States (excluding Guam and Puerto Rico). However, we are planning to expand our shipping destinations in the near future.
We do our best to ensure orders are packaged correctly, but occasionally mistakes may occur during picking or problems may arise during delivery.
Any incorrect or defective orders should be brought to our attention upon receipt.
We may request additional photos of the damaged items, so please refrain from disposing of them until you have connected with our team.
We suggest reviewing your tracking details and checking with neighbors or around your delivery area. If the package is nowhere to be found, please contact us immediately. We will contact the courier to start a formal investigation and help resolve this for you.
We offer free shipping on all orders over $50. Please verify that the shipping discount is reflected on the checkout page before proceeding. If the shipping fee still appears, please reach out to our support team before completing your purchase.
To ensure a smooth return process, please note that we can only handle returns for orders placed on our website. For purchases made elsewhere, the retailer’s own policy will apply.
If you’re not satisfied, you can return your unopened and unused products in their original packaging within 30 days. Once processed, your refund (minus the original shipping and a 10% restocking fee) will be sent to your original payment method. Please check the product page for any 'Final Sale' items that may not be eligible for a refund.
Order
We partner with various carriers depending on the destination, which may result in varying delivery times. Please note that the following timelines are estimated and not guaranteed.
While we strive to meet all delivery estimates, occasional delays may occur due to high volume, logistics, inclement weather, or other circumstances beyond our control. If you have not received your order within the expected timeframe, please contact us so we can investigate the status for you.
- USA / West: 5–7 business days
- USA / Central: 7–9 business days
- USA / East: 7–9 business days
Orders can be canceled or modified only if they have not yet been processed by our fulfillment team. Once an order has been processed for shipping, we are no longer able to make changes. If you need to update your order, please contact us immediately. If it's already too late, you may return the items once they arrive, following our return policy.
Customers are responsible for all customs duties and taxes. Please note that if a package is automatically returned because it was unclaimed or not collected within the designated period, the customer will be responsible for all round-trip shipping costs. We kindly ask you to stay alert for communications from your local courier to ensure a successful delivery and avoid extra fees.
Products
While our products are generally suitable for post-procedure care, treatments such as lasers can leave the skin temporarily sensitive.
We strongly recommend performing a patch test on a small area before full application to ensure the best results for your recovering skin.
While our products are generally considered safe for use during pregnancy and breastfeeding, we strongly advise performing a patch test and consulting with your healthcare provider or obstetrician before introducing any new skincare into your routine.
We recommend reviewing our full ingredient lists to ensure there are no components that may cause personal sensitivities or allergies.
